论国际贸易中的危机转嫁

摘　　要：本文以危机转嫁发起国国内经济的供求严重失衡为背景 ,分析了经济危机转嫁的基本原理 ,提出危机转嫁通道建设。在此基础上详细论述了危机转嫁这样一种国际化手段在解决国内危机时的决策思路 ,并探讨了危机转嫁对中国外贸的启示。Based on economic crisis being out of balance between supply and demand in the starting country to transfer crisis, the article analyses the principle of transferring crisis, putting out the outputting pass and inputting pass for the starting country to transfer crisis. It carefully searches the selection about time, objective country and method of transferring as the country solves the inner crisis with this international ways. While the economy quickly develops in the world, there are many methods to transfer inner crisis, such as dumping, adjusting exchange rate, borrowing money from objective country and political pressure what have been used in many countries. In the end, the article studies the enlightenment and suggestion to Chinese trade.
