计划行为理论视角下农户低碳生产行为研究

摘　　要：在机械农业和化学农业的发展模式下,农业已成为温室气体排放的第二大来源。农户是低碳农业生产的主体,从源头上把握农户生产行为的内在机理有助于推动农业的低碳化转型和可持续发展。农户的低碳生产行为是农户有计划的行为决策,遵循计划行为理论,其低碳生产行为意向受到行为态度、主观规范以及知觉行为控制三个主要变量的影响,具体包括认知评价、法规政策、社会舆论、农户禀赋、风险因素及过去经验等六个最终决定因素。建议从加强低碳农业理念宣传、规范低碳生产法规政策、营造舆论监督环境,以及推进农业培训和教育等方面促进农户的低碳农业生产。Agriculture has become the second largest source of greenhouse gas emissions in the development mode of machinery agriculture and chemical agriculture. Farmers are the main body of low carbon agricultural production, so grasping the internal mechanism of farmers＇ production behavior helps in promoting low carbon agriculture transformation and sustainable development. Farmers＇ intention of low carbon behavior is influenced by three main factors, that is, behavioral attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control, which are analyzed based on planned behavior theory. Specifically, there are six final determinants, such as cognition and evaluation, regulations and policies, public opinion, farmers endowment, risk factors and experiences. We should popularize the idea of low carbon agriculture, standardize the policies, create an environment of supervision of public opinion, and promote the training and education to carry forward the low carbon agricultural production.
