浙江出口商品质量的测度及比较分析

摘　　要：文章基于浙江2002-2012年海关HS六位码贸易数据,从浙江出口商品构成、出口商品的技术含量、出口商品的单位价格三个方面对浙江的出口商品质量与19个样本国及中国总体水平进行比较分析,研究发现:浙江的出口商品构成、技术复杂度与发达国家有明显差距,而且不及中国总体水平,但浙江出口商品有鲜明的"差异化"特色;不同于中国总体的显著正偏离,浙江的出口复杂度与其收入水平基本相符;浙江出口商品的单位价格显示,相对于不同的参照国,浙江出口商品具有不同的出口优势。总体上,浙江的出口商品质量与其在中国的经济地位并不匹配,为此,浙江出口急需深化加工和转型升级。By using HS 6-digit trade data of Zhejiang Customs from 2002 to 2012, this paper makes a comparative analysis on the quality of Zhejiang exports and 19 sample countries as well as the overall level of China from three aspects： the export structure, the technological content and the unit price of commodities. The results show that there is an obvious gap between Zhejiang province and developed countries in the export structure and the technological Complexity of commodities, and also lags behind the overall level of China, but Zhejiang exports have distinctive ＂differentiation＂ features. Unlike the overall significant positive deviation in China, the complexity of Zhejiang exports is basically consistent with its income level. Ac- cording to the unit price of export commodities, Zhejiang exports have different advantages compared with different sample countries. Overall, the quality of Zhejiang exports does not match its economic position in China, so it is very urgent to deep- en the processing and promote the upgrading of Zhejiang exports.
