摘　　要：基于对体育产业安全评价模型构建意义及国内外文献综述,运用综合合项思维理论,创新性地构建出包括体育产业自生能力、体育产业控制能力、体育产业发展环境、体育产业国际竞争力的"四因素评价模型"。在此基础上采用熵值法对层次分析方法的指标权重进行修正,用功效系数法计算出我国体育产业处在"不安全状态"的结论。为解决我国体育产业安全的系统风险,提出需要基于国家战略上进行顶层设计,通过加强自主创新能力和品牌建设,提升体育产业竞争力,以提高防范应对能力,确保国家体育产业安全。In view of the significance that construct the safety evaluation model of sports industry, by using the theory of comprehensive combination method, this article created a ＂Four - factor evaluation model＂ which include viability, controllability, development environment and international competitiveness of sports industry. Based on the new model, this paper modified the weight of each assessment of analytic hierarchy process by using the entropy evaluation method, and further draw the conclusion of unsafe status of China＇s sports industry. To diminish the systemic risk and improve the industrial competitiveness of China＇s sports industry, we should draw the national- level design and fostering the independent innovation capability. Thus the sports industry security of China can be ensured.
