摘  要:美国大学体育联盟的发展水平很高,帕克12联盟是其佼佼者,学习他们的管理经验,对于促进我国高校体育发展具有现实意义。运用文献研究、实地调研等方法,对美国帕克12联盟的发展历史,取得的成绩以及经营管理经验进行分析,研究发现:帕克12联盟作为非盈利组织有一套行之有效的市场开发模式,围绕各类体育赛事从赛事产品、球迷、校友等各个方面已经形成了良性互动循环。其成员学校不仅是体育上的一流更是学术上的一流,重视学校体育文化建设是其最显著的特点。National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCCA) is of a high level of development, among which Pac-12 is one of the best, whose management experience shall be of great practical significance for the promotion of the college physical education development in China. By using such research methods as literature review and field research, this paper analyzes the developing history, achievement and operational management of Pac-12 Conference. The results show that as a nonprofit organization, Pac-12 Conference has a series of effective market development model, which has formed a positive circle around various sporting event, from relevant production, fans and alumnus. The memberships of this organization, who value the importance of construction of sports culture in school, are not only remarkable in sport, but also excellent in academy.
