摘 要:良好的身体素质是少年体操运动员后续发展高难动作的基石,而评价与诊断是提高其身体素质训练质量的必然保障。运用特尔菲法、测试与层次分析等方法,通过构建评价指标体系,对我国9-10岁优秀男子体操运动员的身体素质进行实时评价与现状诊断。结果表明:目前现状,肩部柔韧性、上肢的屈臂推撑力量整体发展较好,上肢慢用性拉引力量与腰腹专项力量、髋与腿部柔韧性、位移速度与灵敏素质是其薄弱环节;训练内容安排方面,该阶段应着重加强力量、柔韧、速度、灵敏的训练;发展策略上,下一阶段应注重加强灵敏素质、腰腹力量与位移速度的训练。Physical fitness is the cornerstone of junior gymnasts'difficult movement follow up develop ment,while the evaluation and diagnosis is the guarantee to improve the training quality of physical fit ness. Through using the method of Delphi, test and AHP, a system of evaluation index is put forwarded to diagnose the physical fitness of 9-10 year old elite male gymnasts in China. The results show that the shoulder flexibility, upper body bent arm thrust force are the advantage of junior gymnastics athlete strength quality, while the upper limb slow pulling force and waist, the flexibility of hip and leg, speed and agility are the weak links. In arrangements of the training content, we should respectively focus on the training of strength, flexibility, speed and agility. In the next phase, we should focus on strengthening the agility,the waist strength and displacement speed training.
