摘 要:采用Na OH对酸渣进行中和并进行成分分析,其中磺酸盐质量分数为83.6%,Na Cl质量分数为0.6%,Na2SO4质量分数为15.8%。考察了砂浆减水率随酸渣掺加量的变化规律,结果表明:当掺加量为1.5%时,砂浆减水率达到21%,且酸渣具有引气性。通过正交实验考察了酸渣复配作为引气减水剂对混凝土减水率、含气量、抗压强度等指标的影响,给出了最佳复配方案。The acid sludge is neutralized by NaOH. Its components are composed of 83.6% of sulfonate,0. 6% of NaCl and 15.8% of Na2SO4. The influence of the acid sludge on water reducing rate of cement mortar is investigated. The result shows that when the acid sludge is 1.5% , the water reducing rate of cement mortar can achieve as high as 21% and the air entraining performance of the acid sludge is found. The orthogonal experiment is used to study the effect of acid sludge (using as air entraining and water reducing admixture) on the water reducing rate of concrete,air content and compressive strength. The optimization of compounding formulation is also performed.
