聚合物水泥防水涂料的制备及其拉伸性能

摘　　要：为提高聚合物水泥防水涂料抗开裂能力,通过改变水泥、石英砂、重质碳酸钙在乳液聚合物中的用量,试验研究了聚合物水泥防水涂料的拉伸性能。结果表明:随着水泥、重质碳酸钙用量的增加,涂膜拉伸强度提高,断裂伸长率减小。随着石英砂用量的增加,涂膜拉伸强度降低,断裂伸长率增大。当液料、水泥、石英砂、重质碳酸钙的用量分别为100份、40份、25份、30份时,制备的聚合物水泥防水涂料拉伸性能符合GB/T 23445—2009《聚合物水泥防水材料》的要求。By changing amount of cement, quartz sand,heavy calcium carbonate added in polymer emulsion,tensile properties of polymer cement-based waterproof coating was studied to improve capacity of cracking resistance. The results show that tensile strength increased and breaking elongation decreased with the increasing of the content of cement and heavy calcium carbonate. Tensile strength decreased and breaking elongation increased with increasing of the content of quartz sand. When the divisions of polymer emulsion, cement, quartz sand, heavy calcium carbonate were 100, 40, 25,30, respectively, tensile properties of polymer cement-based waterproof coating were in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 23445-2009 ＂Polymer-cement waterproof coatings＂.
