摘 要:以神华国华准格尔电厂粉煤灰提铝残渣为原料制备硅酸钙板,采用压制成型方法及JMP软件响应曲面设计进行硅酸钙板制备工艺优化,结果表明:增强纤维掺量对硅酸钙板的抗折强度影响最大,其次是成型压力,再次是保压时间,其中成型压力与保压时间存在二次项的负相关,得到了预测抗折强度的数据拟合模型;通过实验验证发现,拟合模型精准度较高,预测偏差仅4.7%,以此拟合模型可以预测得到不同规格硅酸钙板的制备工艺条件,制得抗折强度符合JC/T 564.1—2008标准的硅酸钙板。Optimize the preparation process of calcium silicate board from residue left behind extracting alumina from fly ash of Shenhua Guohua Zhunge'r Power Plant by using pressure molding method and JMP software. The results show that the order of factors influencing the calcium silicate board's bending strength is fiber content,molding pressure and pressure holding time,and there is a negative correlation between molding pressure and pressure holding time. The bending strength can be forecasted based on the fitted modehof which the prediction deviation is only 4.7% through tests. The conditions for calcium silicate board preparation with different bending pressure can be forecasted by the fitted model. Calcium silicate boards in accordance with JC/T 564.1-2008 standards can be prepared.
