微观社会资本视角下促进公民社会组织参与艾滋病防治的思考

摘　　要：公民社会组织在艾滋病防治中发挥着不可替代的作用,但目前公民社会组织在我国艾滋病防治工作中的巨大参与优势还远未被激活。社会资本作为新兴的国际学术热点,与公民社会组织成长之间具有天然的契合性。文章将从微观社会资本的角度分析艾滋病防治领域公民社会组织面临的困境,探讨如何促进公民社会组织参与艾滋病防治工作的策略,为公民社会组织参与艾滋病防治的可持续发展提供参考。Civil society organizations （CSOs） have played an irreplaceable role in HIV/AIDS prevention and control. But at present, the great advantages of the participation which CSOs in China＇s HIV/AIDS prevention and control is far from being activated. As an emerging international academic hot spot, social capital has a natural fit with the growth of CS0s. This paper will analyze the dilemmas which the CSOs in HIV/AIDS prevention and control faced and explore the way to promote CSOs in HIV/AIDS prevention and control from the perspective of micro social capital. Then we can provide the reference for the sustainable development of CSOs in HIV/AIDS prevention and control.
