乙烯基酯树脂改性聚酯亚胺无溶剂浸渍漆的性能研究

摘　　要：采用乙烯基酯树脂对聚酯亚胺浸渍漆进行改性,制备了一种乙烯基酯改性聚酯亚胺无溶剂浸渍漆,对该漆的吸水性、耐化学药品性、粘结强度和储存稳定性进行测试,并对其进行红外光谱分析。结果表明:乙烯基酯树脂的加入可以改善聚酯亚胺无溶剂浸渍漆的漆片的吸水性、耐化学药品性和粘结强度。乙烯基酯树脂改性聚酯亚胺浸渍漆的综合性能良好,适用于中小型电机、变压器、电器等线圈的绝缘浸渍处理。A polyester-imide solventless impregnating varnish modified by vinyl ester resin was prepared, and its water absorption, chemical resistance, adhesive strength, storage stability, and infrared spectrum were tested. The results show that the water absorption, chemical resistance and adhesive strength of the varnish are improved by adding the vinyl ester resin to the varnish. The varnish has good comprehensive properties, which is suitable for the insulation impregnating treatment of wire coil for small and medium-sized motor, transformer, and electrical apparatus.
