北京市三级综合性医院卫生服务现状研究

摘　　要：目的了解北京市三级综合性医院卫生服务现状,发现目前北京市三级综合性医院卫生服务存在的问题,为改善卫生服务现状提供合理的政策性建议。方法收集有关文献及北京市近年来有关三级综合医院卫生服务相关数据。对北京市三级综合性医院近年来卫生服务情况进行描述性分析。运用灰色预测和时间序列预测方法对三级综合性医院卫生服务的发展趋势进行预测。结果 2011年,北京市三级综合性医院诊疗人次占全市的21.9%,医师年诊疗人次为2 420.4人次,病床使用率为93.35%。北京市三级综合性医院卫生服务量逐年增加且未来将进一步增加。结论未来北京市三级综合性医院卫生服务量不断增大,亟需优化北京市三级综合性医院的卫生资源配置,扩大卫生资源规模,提高卫生服务质量。Objective To get a clear picture of the situation of the health services in 3-grade general hospitals in Beijing, and find the current exist- ing problems, so as to improve health service status by providing reasonable policy suggestions. Methods Relevant literature and data related to health services in recent years about 3-giade general hospitals in Beijing were collected. Descriptive analysis was used to study the situation about health services of 3-grade general hospitals in Beijing in recent years. Grey prediction and time series prediction method for 3-grade general hospitals were conducted to predict the trend of the development of health service. Results In 2011,21.9% of the outpatient visits in city were from the Bei- j ing municipal 3 -grade general hospitals. The number of physiciml visits of 3-grade genelal hospitals was 2 420.4 m, and utilization rate of sickbed was 93.35%. The number of health services in 3-grade general hospitals of Beijing increased year by year and the future will be more. Conclusion The amount of health services in 3-grade general hospitals of Beijing is increasing, hence we need to optimize the allocation of health resources of 3- grade general hospitals in Beijing in urgent, increase the scale of health resources, and improve the quality of health services.
