摘  要:目的探讨高频彩超和钼靶X线摄影在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2010年3月~2013年3月我院经手术或超声引导下穿刺活检病理证实的57例乳腺癌病灶的术前钼靶X线检查结果与彩超检查结果,并与病理结果相对照。结果 57例乳腺癌病灶中,彩超诊断54例(54/57),肿块直径0.4~2.1 cm;超声呈假阴性3例,声像图未见肿物,而钼靶X线摄影显示为恶性钙化。钼靶X线摄影诊断47例(47/57),肿块直径0.5~1.6 cm;10例呈假阴性,彩超可显示肿块声像图。结论高频彩超和钼靶X线摄影在乳腺癌诊断中各有优势,前者诊断乳腺癌的符合率高于后者。Objective To explore the application value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound andmolybdenum X-ray photography in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 57 cases of breast cancerwere confirmed by surgery or ultrasound-guided biopsies pathology in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2013. The diagnosis results of molybdenum X-ray photography and color Doppler ultrasoundbefore operation were retrospectively analyzed and compared with pathology results. Results Among57 cases of breast cancer, 54 cases were diagnosed as breast cancer by color Doppler ultrasound with thediameters of tumors ranged from 0.4 cm to 2.1 cm; and the other 3 cases which couldn't be diagnosedby ultrasound presented malignant calcification on molybdenum X-ray images; while 47 cases werediagnosed as breast cancer by molybdenum X-ray photography with the diameters of tumors rangedfrom 0.5 cm to 1.6 cm, and the other 10 cases which couldn't be diagnosed by molybdenum X-rayphotography presented bumps clearly on ultrasound images. Conclusion There are both advantages anddisadvantages of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum X-ray photography in thediagnosis of breast cancer, but the diagnostic rate of the former is higher than that of the latter.
