摘　　要：目的利用信息化手段,提高门诊处方点评工作效率。方法基于医院现有的数据库系统和软硬件资源,以Power Buider9.0为开发工具编写门诊处方点评系统。结果门诊处方点评系统的主程序的布局采用的是MDI(Multiple Document Interface,MDI,多文档界面)系统界面,主要菜单设置包括人员字典设置、修改口令、数据库参数等子菜单。结论该系统有助于规范处方书写,促进合理用药,提高处方点评质量。Objective To improve the efficiency of outpatient prescription review with information technology. Methods Using the Power Buider9.0 as the development tool, the outpatient prescription review system is written on the basis of current database systems as well as the software and hardware resources. Results The Multiple Document Interface（MDI） is adopted as the main program of the outpatient prescription review system, with the main menu setting including submenus such as the personal dictionary, command modifying and database parameter. Conclusion The system can help to standardize prescription writing, promote rational drug use and improve the quality of prescription review.
