摘  要:目的对我院临床使用中的部分介入放射X射线机的辐射防护性能进行检测,分析其辐射水平及防护性能。方法选用Baracuda X射线质量控制检测仪、451B型低能Xγ剂量率仪(Fluke,美国)以及25 cm×25 cm×15 cm水模体,对临床在用的介入放射X射线机的空气比释动能率进行检测,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果介入放射X射线机的空气比释动能率平均值为(27.34±7.25)m Gy/min,X射线源组件的泄漏辐射水平均值为(35.57±4.63)μGy/h;防护区空气比释动能率平均值为1.79×102μGy/h。结论脉冲透视模式下有用线束输出量与空气比释动能率要明显低于普通透视模式。在介入放射X射线机的使用中要规范操作,定期检测设备的辐射防护性能,并且制定相关的检测标准,尽量降低工作人员防护区的辐射水平。Objective To test the radiation protection of some interventional X-ray machine in our hospitaland analyze the radiation level and protective performance of these X-ray machines. Methods BaracudaX-ray detector for quality control, 451 B low-energy Xγ dose rate meter(Fluke,USA)and water phantom(25 cm×25 cm×15 cm) were chosen to test the air kerma rate of clinical interventional X-ray machines, and a statistical analysis was conducted based on the test results. Results The average air kerma rate ofinterventional X-ray machines was(27.34±7.25) m Gy / min, the average leak radiation of X-ray sourceassembly was(35.57±4.63) μGy / h, and the average air kerma rate of protection zone was 1.79×10^2 μGy / h. Conclusion The useful rays output and air kerma rate under pulsed fluoroscopy mode was significantly lowerthan those under normal fluoroscopy made perspective. During the use of interventional X-ray machine, theoperation should be standardized, periodic testing of radiation protection equipment performance should beconducted, and related detection standards should be built to reduce the radiation of staff protection zone.
