摘 要:对喀斯特地貌地区高外江水位下的城市截流式合流制管网,在建设和运行中存在的雨水溢流污染、管道渗漏污染和管道淤积等问题进行了系统分析和讨论,有针对性地提出了源头控制减少溢流雨水污染、优化截流收集污染雨水、调蓄处理污染雨水、提高维修水平减少管道渗漏、加强维护管理减少管道淤积等措施,并对我国合流制截流管网建设和运行的发展前景进行了展望。The problems such as rainwater overflow, sewer leakage and siltation in the intercepting well and sewer, which often occur during construction and operation of combined interceptor sewers in karst topography regions with high external river levels, were systematically discussed and analyzed. Some specific solutions such as controlling the pollution at source to minimize the CSO pollutants, optimizing the interception ratio to collect polluted rainwater, building detention tanks to collect and store the polluted rainwater, improving the pipe maintenance standard to reduce sewer leakage pollution and strengthening the operation management of the sewer system to reduce siltation in sewers were proposed. The prospects on construction and operation of combined interceptor sewers were described.
