摘  要:为解决农村分散污水治理设施运行与监管的难题,提出利用物联网技术对设施运行情况进行远程监视从而辅助设施运行维护与监管的思路。结合分散污水处理的特点,构建了一套对分散污水处理设施运行状态进行远程实时监控并对分散污水处理设施相关信息进行管理的系统,整合了现场与非现场数据收集、无线远程传输、数据存储与分析、档案管理、信息传送等功能,便于运行单位与监管部门及时、全面地掌握设施运行的相关信息并辅助用于运行与监管的决策。在江苏省常熟市的应用案例表明,应用该系统可以大大降低设施运行与监管的人力与交通成本。In order to solve the difficulties in running and supervision of rural decentralized sewage treatment facilities, an idea to utilize the technology of Intemet of Things for remotely monitoring the operational conditions of the facilities thus assisting maintenance and supervision was proposed. Based on the characteristics of decentralized sewage treatment, a set of systems that can remotely and real-timely monitor the running status of decentralized sewage facilities and manage related information was constructed. The system integrates a variety of functions such as onsite and offsite data collection, wireless remote transmission, data storage and analysis, file management, information transfer and so on, by which the operators and the supervisors may comprehensively and timely master the related running information of the facilities, aiding for decision making. The case application of the system in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province showed it was beneficial for saving the labor and traffic costs for running and supervising the rusewage treatment facilities
