摘　　要：针对氯碱企业各类废水的性质及特点,结合整个氯碱生产工艺,对生产过程中排放的废水采取分质处理、分质回用的措施进行了合理的回收及循环利用,并介绍了实施的具体措施。通过该技术措施的实施提高了水资源利用率,减少了COD外排量,降低了废水处理构筑物的负荷,节约了设计施工费用及运行成本。According to the nature and characteristics of all kinds of wastewater in chlor-alkali enterprises, combined with the ehlor-alkali production process, the separate treatment and reuse strategies were used for a reasonable recovery and recycling of wastewater discharged from the production process, and the specific implementation measures were introduced. The technical measures contributed improving the utilization rate of water resources, reducing COD emissions, decreasing the loads of sewage treatment structures and saving the costs of design, construction and operation.
