内家字门与太极拳技的差异性研究

摘　　要：本文主要采用了典型调查法、文献资料法、综合分析法等,从字门拳与太极拳的文化渊源、技击、拳理、功法等系列的差异性分析,探寻两者的特殊性与相似性。通过研究我们可以发现字门拳动作更小巧紧凑,手法穿插走圆,整体练习快慢相间,招式上比太极拳更具变化性。在技击上,太极拳强调螺旋劲和挥鞭劲,字门拳强调吞、吐劲,字门拳偏向于勇猛进攻,以攻为守,动作短而毒。而太极拳偏向于以守为攻,虚实相生,防守中暗藏杀机。功法养生上太极拳更注重丹田为核心循经络而运行全身,达到周身上下合为一体。而字门拳也强调养气炼丹,调节周身血液循环,但在筋骨、经络的内在修炼上未及太极拳系统全面。By means of typical investigation, documentation and comprehensive analysis, this paper mainly studies the differences between Zimenquan and Taijiquan in such aspects as cultural origins, art of attack and defense, martial principles, and skills and tricks, and also explores their particularities and similarities. According to the studies, it is found that the moves of Zimenquan are more compact with interweaving hand movements, the overall pace is balanced, sometimes fast and sometimes slow, and its moves are more changeable than Taijiquan＇ s. Regarding the art of attack and defense, Taijiquan stresses spiral strength and whipping strength, while Zimenquan emphasizes the exertion and withdrawal of strength; Zimenquan focuses on fierce attacks, taking offense for defense with short and acute moves, while Taijiquan tends to take defense for offense with alternate deceptive and realistic movements, concealing danger underneath the defense. In terms of skills and tricks, Taijiquan takes Dantian as the core and pays more attention to the Qi - blood transporting along the primary and collateral channels, so as to enable the body to function as a whole, while Zimenquan stresses the agglomeration of Qi and the strengthening of Dantian and helps regulate the blood circulation of the whole body, yet it is not so systematic and comprehensive as Taijiquan in the internal practice of muscles, bones, and collateral channels.
