摘  要:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,对2所高校目前选修健美操课程的女大学生心理健康发展进行探讨与分析。结果表明:健美操运动不但可调节女大学生的情绪,能保持良好的心理状态;健美操运动促进女大学心理健康发展起到积极作用。通过分析与研究选修健美操课程对女大学生心理健康发展的差异问题,编排强度适中,适合时代发展的时尚健美操套路在课堂教学,可促进女大学生心理健康发展。同时为今后高校实施必修健美操课程提供参考。By using the research methods of documentation, questionnaire, interview, analytical approach and statistics, this research discusses and analyzes the mental health development of female college students who are currently attending aerobic courses in two universities. The results have shown that aerobics can not only regulate the moods of the students, but also help them to keep a good mental state; in a word, aerobics exerts a positive effect on promoting the mental health development of female college students. Through the analysis and research on the differences of mental health development between students who elect and who don' t elect aerobic courses, we can organize fashion in - class aerobic activities with moderate intensity fitting in our time, which can help promote the mental health development of female college students, and at the same time can provide referenee of implementing aerobic courses for universities.
