摘 要:为保证深厚冲积层冻结深井井壁高强混凝土设计及施工的安全,在现行的中国国家标准规定的基础上,采用两种不同的方案计算得出了大于C80混凝土轴心抗压强度设计值,并与按欧洲混凝土结构设计标准计算得出的取值进行了比较,给出了保证工程安全的建议值。采用与C80混凝土相同的αc1,按线性外推法确定高强混凝土脆性折减系数αc2得出的混凝土轴心抗压强度设计值,安全性优于欧盟最保守算法(αcc取系数0.8)的取值,为我国开发深部煤炭资源、解决深厚冲积层井壁结构设计提供了依据。In order to ensure a safety of a high strength concrete design and construction of a deep mine freezing shaft liner in deep and thick alluvium,based on the stipulations of the available China National Standards,two different plans was applied to calculate a design value of an axial compressive strength for over C80 concrete.A comparison was conducted with a selected value from a calculation based on the Europe Design Standards of Concrete Structure and a proposed value to ensure the project safety was obtained.With application of αc1same to C80 concrete,a design value of the concrete axial compressive strength was obtained from brittle reduction coefficient αc2of the high strength concrete determined with a linear extrapolation.A safety of the design value was better than a value selected from the most conservative algorithm(αccwith a coefficient of 0.8) in European Union and could provide bases to develop deep coal resources and to solve the design of mine shaft liner structure in deep and thick alluvium in China.
