摘 要:为了有效回收有限的炼焦煤资源,提高炼焦煤资源的利用效率,以西曲选煤厂重介中煤为研究对象,对其进行了破碎、超细磨、分步释放及絮团-浮选的抑制剂优化试验。结果表明:对于嵌布粒度很细的西曲中煤,采用分步释放浮选试验很难得到高产率的低灰精煤;而通过絮团-浮选试验可得到产率为36.31%、灰分为17.64%的高产率低灰精煤,为了进一步降低精煤灰分,进行了抑制剂种类和用量的药剂制度优化试验,得到了灰分为12.83%的精煤。In order to recover coking coal resource,improve the utilization efficiency of coking coal,the coking coal middlings from Xiqu coal preparation plant was studied with tests of crushing,superfine grinding,regressive release flotation and optimization of flocculation- flotation inhibitor.The result shows that,high- yield low- ash clean coal can't be obtained with regressive release flotation because of the fine dissemination size; in flocculation- flotation,clean coal yield reaches 36.31% with ash of 17.64%.To reduce the clean coal ash,the flocculation- flotation inhibitor composition and dosage were optimized and obtaining clean coal with 12.83% ash.
