摘 要:将淀粉改性制得淀粉基生物胶乳,研究了自制生物胶乳的流变性及其对纸张涂料流变行为和涂布纸性能的影响。结果表明:自制淀粉基生物胶乳的低剪切黏度明显低于石化合成胶乳;剪切速率提高时,黏度基本不发生变化,近似为牛顿流体。生物胶乳的添加会导致涂料低剪切黏度降低、保水值略升高;当剪切速率超过10 000 s-1时,涂料表观黏度与不含生物胶乳的涂料样品差别不大;涂料的弹性储能模量G’和黏性损耗模量G"减小、相位角δ变大,表明黏弹性方面黏性液体的性质增加。使用自制生物胶乳后,涂布纸仍保持良好的物理和印刷性能。The rheology of self-made starch based bio-latex and paper coatings were investigated, together with coated paper properties. The results showed that low shear viscosity of bio-latex was remarkably less than that of petroleum-based latex emulsion, and high shear viscosity was almost kept consistent as shear rate increasing, complying with the Newtonian fluid model The addition of starch based bio-latex to paper coating colors resulted in low shear viscosity decrease and water retention value slight increase, while the high shear viscosity was nearly same with the coating without bio-latex as shear rate exceeding 10 000 s^-1. With lower elastic storage modulus G' and viscous loss modulus G", and higher phase angle δ, paper coatings containing bio-latex were more like viscous liquid than the control coating. Besides, the results also showed that physical properties and printing performance of coated paper with new binder were comparable to the control one.
