摘 要:用臭氧对经二级生化处理后的造纸废水进行氧化处理,探讨了在不同初始p H值、温度、臭氧处理时间、臭氧浓度条件下,臭氧氧化法对造纸废水中CODCr和色度的去除效果。结果表明:臭氧氧化处理过程中,CODCr和色度的去除率随着处理时间、臭氧浓度增加而增大;随着温度的升高,CODCr和色度的去除率先增大后减小;随着初始p H的增大,CODCr的去除率不断增加,而色度的去除率一直较高,增加趋势平缓。最佳的实验条件:处理时间15min、温度30℃、p H=8、O3=25 mg·L-1,此时CODCr和色度的去除率分别达到39.87%和88.51%。The ozonation of papermaking effluent water after second grade biological treatment was carried out, the influential factors of ozonation on the CODcr and color removal rate of the wastewater under different conditions, such as the reaction time, temperature, original pH value, and concentration of ozone were investigated. The results indicated that during the ozonation process, the removal rate of CODcr and color would increase along with that the reaction time, concentration of ozone increase; as the temperature increased, the removal of CODCr and color would increased at first and then decreased; during the original pH value increasing, the removal rate of CODCr was continuously increased, while the removal rate of color had been keeping high always, the increasing trend became smooth. The optimal experimental conditions as bellow: reaction time was 15min, temperature was 30℃, original pH value was 8, concentration of ozone was 25 mg·L^-1, at this time the removal rate of CODCr and color could reach to 39.87% and 88.51% respectively.
