摘  要:以黄磷炉渣为硅源制备了无机高分子聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂,采用红外光谱、扫描电镜、粒度分析、比表面积分析和p H值及电导率测试分析手段对聚硅酸铝铁产品的结构特征进行了表征。研究表明:自制的聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂外观为黄绿色且透明黏稠状液体,该产品不是简单的原料复配,而是发生了螯合反应,生成带正电的阳离子复合型无机高分子铝铁硅聚合物,中位粒径为300 nm左右,比表面积3.99476 m2/g,结构呈树枝、大片状,整体呈现出立体、交迭及延伸的结构特征。该絮凝剂在滇池污染水的絮凝处理实验中,得到了较好的净水效果。Inorganic high molecular polysilicate aluminum ferric lfocculant has been prepared with yellow phosphorus slag as silicon source. According to structural and characteristics analysis by infrared spectrum, scanning electron microscopy, grading analysis, speciifc surface area analysis and so on, the results showed that appearance of polysilicate aluminum ferric lfocculant was yellowish and transparent sticky liquid, and the product was not a simple material distribution but the inorganic aluminum ferric silicon polymer with positively charged formed by chelating reaction. Its median particle size is about 300nm, the speciifc surface area 3.99476m2/g, and was a branch, large lfake structure, overall shows the characteristics of three-dimensional, overlap, and the structure of the extension. The lfocculant has got better puriifcation effect for Dianchi pollution water.
