摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备H3PW12O40-Ti(OH)4凝胶,并交联于由季铵盐预插层的有机膨润土层间,制备了H3PW12O40/TiO2/膨润土复合光催化剂。通过考察制备工艺中主要因素焙烧温度、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵用量、酯醇体积比、H3PW12O40用量、焙烧时间等对催化剂光催化活性的影响,确定最佳制备工艺为焙烧温度400℃、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵用量7%、酯醇体积比8.5∶10、H3PW12O40用量0.6 g、焙烧时间2 h。H3PW12O40/TiO2/膨润土复合光催化剂的XRD、EDS表征表明,Keggin结构H3PW12O40和锐钛矿结构TiO2成功固载于膨润土。H3PW12O40-Ti(OH)4 hydrogel prepared by sol-gel was cross-linked in the layer space of organobentonite which was intercalated with quaternary ammonium, and then H3PW12O40/TiO2/bentonite composite photocatalyst was obtained. The effects of calcination temperature, dosage of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, volume ratio of ester to alcohol, mass of H3PW12O40, and calcination time on the photocatalytic activity of composite photocatalyst were studied. The optimum process conditions for preparation of H3PW12O40/TiO2/bentonite were as follows: calcination temperature was 400℃; dosage of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide for organobentonite preparation was 7%; volume ratio of ester to alcohol was 8.5∶10; mass of H3PW12O40 was 0.6 g; and calcination time was 2 h. According to the characterization of XRD and EDS, Keggin H3PW12O40 and anatase TiO2 were successfully immobilized on bentonite.
