摘  要:针对国外某低品位红土型铝土矿进行脱硅提纯选矿试验研究,小型闭路试验研究结果表明,在给矿三水铝石品位52.10%、有效铝硅比3.14、高岭石品位23.3%的条件下,原矿经选择性磨矿-分级,获得了Al2O3品位65.90%、有效铝硅比14.38,有效铝回收率40.12%的+0.15 mm粗粒级精矿;-0.15 mm的筛下产品进入正浮选脱硅作业,以碳酸钠为p H值调整剂、水玻璃为抑制剂、油酸为捕收剂,经1次粗选1次扫选2次精选,中矿顺序返回,可获得Al2O3品位70.90%、有效铝硅比8.36、有效铝回收率为52.29%的浮选精矿;最终综合精矿三水铝石品位68.64%、高岭石含量9.82%,有效铝回收率为92.40%、有效铝硅比11.07,+0.15 mm产品占45.21%,很好地实现了该低品位红土型铝土矿脱硅提纯。The experiments of de-silicatation from some foreign lateritic bauxite were carried out in the article. The experimental results show that as the gibbsite grade of the feeding is 52.10%, the kaolinite grade is 23.30% and the effective A/S ratio is 3.14, a +0.15 mm concentrate with Al2O3 grade of 65.90%, effective Al2O3 recovery of 40.12% and effective A/S ratio of 14.38 can be obtained through a process of selective milling and classiifcation. the lfotation concentrate with Al2O3 grade of 70.90%, effective Al2O3 recovery of 52.29% and effective A/S ratio of 8.36 can also be obtained by a process of a roughing-two cleanings-a scavenging and using oleic acid as collector, Na2CO3 as pH value regulator, sodium silicate as depressor. The gibbsite grade of the ifnal concentrate is 68.64%, the kaolinite grade is 9.82% and the effective Al2O3recovery of 92.40% and A/S ratio is 11.07, +0.15 mm covering 45.21%. The experiments of aluminum increasing and de-silicatation from some foreign lateritic bauxite were done successfully.
