摘  要:研究了盆栽条件下贵州省黔南州酸性黄壤(pH=5.45)施用白云石粉对土壤化学特性和烤烟生物量的影响。结果表明:烤烟根际土壤pH低于非根际土壤,烤烟根际土壤交换性铝、锰含量高于非根际土壤,烤烟根际土壤有效磷和速效钾含量远低于非根际土壤。随着白云石粉施用量的增加,酸性土壤pH值呈升高趋势,交换性铝和交换性锰含量呈下降趋势,有效磷和速效钾含量呈增加趋势。酸性土壤适量施用白云石粉能够促进烟株生长,但要控制白云石粉施量,施量过大反而抑制烟株生长,适宜用量为0.66~0.99 g/kg。Effect of dolomite powder application on chemical properties in rhizosphere zone and flue-cured tobacco biomass in acidic soil with pot experiments was studied. The results indicated that: soil pH in rhizosphere zones of flue-cured tobacco was lower than that in non-rhizosphere zones. The contents of exchangeable aluminum (EA1) and exchangeable manganese (EMn) in rhizosphere soils were lower than those in non-rhizosphere zones. The contents of available phosphorus (AP) and available potassium (AK) in rhizosphere soils were far lower than those in non-rhizosphere zones. With increasing the dosage of dolomite powder, the soil pH increased, the contents of soil EA1 and EMn decreased, and the contents of soil AP and AK increased. Moderate dosage of dolomite powder could promote tobacco growth. However, excessive dosage of dolomite powder inhibited tobacco growth. In this study, the suitable dosage of dolomite powder was 0. 66 - 0. 99 g/kg.
