摘 要:动力电池是电动汽车行业发展的关键技术之一。文章分析了各类电池的技术特点及在电动汽车上应用的情况,介绍了国内外相关的电池测试技术标准,并从电池荷电状态、容量、内阻、寿命等几个关键指标出发,阐述了测试原理及方法,并对电池测试技术进行分析。通过分析和对比现有的测试和评估技术,指出电池测试应在电池组一致性评价、荷电状态评估等领域进行重点研究,保证电池组在车辆上使用的性能。Power battery is a key technology of electric vehicles. In this paper,the characteristics of several kinds of battery were shown ,and the test standards both domestic and abroad were introduced. Moreover, this paper reviews the principles and methods of power battery test from some factors including state-of-charge (SOC) , capacity, resistance and life-span. By analysis and comparison,a conclusion was made that the key points of power battery test and performance evaluation are the cell consistence and state-of-charge of battery pack in order to ensure its performance on electric vehicles.
