摘　　要：目的:了解铜仁市碧江区0-6岁儿童出生缺陷现状,寻找可能的致病因素,探索降低出生缺陷的有效措施。方法:采用回顾性调查分析,按照统一的《铜仁市碧江区0-6岁儿童出生缺陷调查表》,重点对肉眼可见畸形或经医疗机构明确诊断的器质性功能性异常的儿童入户调查,并到相关医疗保健机构核实资料,由调查员填写并回收调查问卷。结果:发现有出生缺陷儿童57例,发生率为5.02‰。其中男孩34例,女孩23例;城市22例,农村35例。结论:按出生缺陷发生病例数,前五位依次排列为先天性心脏病、神经管缺陷、唇腭裂、脑瘫、先天性智力低下;出生缺陷与孕妇年龄、环境等有密切关系。Objective： To understand including blue river area present situation of birth defects in children aged 0 to 6, looking for possible pathogenic factors, explore effective measures to reduce birth defects. Methods：A retrospective investigation and analysis, in accordance with the unified ＂including blue river area of the birth defects in children aged 0 to 6 questionnaire＂, focusing on visible deformity or by the diagnosis of abnormal functional medical institutions of children＇s household surveys, and to the medical and health institutions shall verify the relevant information, and recycling questionnaire. Will be completed by the investigator. Results：Found that 57 cases of birth defects in children, the rate was 5.02‰.The boy 34 cases, girls 23 cases; City 22 cases, 35 cases in rural areas. Conclusion： According to birth defects in the number of cases, the top five lined with congenital heart disease, neural tube defects, cleft palate, congenital mental retardation, cerebral palsy, birth defects and environment, such as pregnant women age, there is a close relationship.
