摘　　要：多胺是一类含有2个或更多氨基的低分子质量脂肪族化合物,包括腐胺、亚精胺和精胺等。多胺广泛分布于生物体中,对动物的生长发育起着重要调控作用。本文从早期胚胎发育、胚胎着床、胎盘形成及着床后胚胎发育等方面,对多胺在哺乳动物孕体发育过程中的调控作用进行综述。Polyamine is a kind of low molecular weight aliphatic compounds with two or more aminos, including putrescine, spermidine, spermine and etc. Polyamines are found in almost all living species and present important impacts on growth and development in animals. This paper reviewed the regulating roles of polyamines in conceptus development of mammals, including pristine zygote development, embryo nidation, placentation, and fetus development.
