摘 要:本试验旨在研究苯甲酸对断奶仔猪生长性能、器官指数及胃肠道内容物pH的影响。选用72头28日龄仔猪随机分为2个组,每个组12个重复,每个重复3头仔猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮添加5000 mg/kg苯甲酸的试验饲粮,试验期为42 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,苯甲酸显著或极显著提高了仔猪第28天( P〈0.05)和第42天( P〈0.01)的体重,极显著提高了仔猪在第15~28天、第29~42天和第1~42天的平均日增重(P〈0.01),显著降低了仔猪在第15~28天、第29~42天和第1~42天的料重比( P〈0.05)。2)与对照组相比,苯甲酸显著提高了第14、42天仔猪血清球蛋白和免疫球蛋白G的含量( P〈0.05);显著降低了第14、42天血清尿素氮含量( P〈0.05)。3)与对照组相比,苯甲酸显著提高了第14、42天仔猪小肠、胸腺和脾脏指数( P〈0.05)。4)与对照组相比,苯甲酸显著或极显著降低了第14、42天仔猪胃和结肠内容物( P〈0.05)及第42天尿液的pH( P〈0.01)。综上,饲粮中添加5000 mg/kg苯甲酸能够降低仔猪胃肠道内容物pH、提高免疫器官指数、改善血清生化指标和提高断奶仔猪的生长性能。The objective of this experiment was to study the effects of benzoic acid on growth performance, organ indexes and gastrointestinal content pH of weaned piglets. A total of 72 weaned piglets aged 28 days were randomly divided into 2 groups with 12 replicates per group and 3 piglets per replicate. Pigs in control group were fed a basal diet, and the others in benzoic acid group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 5 000 mg/kg benzoic acid. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follows: 1 ) the body-weight of piglets in benzoic acid group on day 28 and 42 was significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05 and P〈0.01, respectively); compared with the control group, the ratio of feed to gain in benzoic acid group was significantly decreased ( P〈0.05) , and the average daily gain was significantly increased from day 15 to day 28, day 29 to day 42 and day 1 to day 42 ( P〈0.01) . 2) Compared with the control group, the contents of serum globulin and the immunoglobulin G in the benzoic acid group on day 14 and 42 were signifi-cantly increased ( P〈0.05) , and the serum urea nitrogen content on day 14 and 42 was significantly decreased ( P〈0.05) . 3) The small intestinal, spleen and thymus indexes in the benzoic acid group on day 14 and 42 were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P〈0.05) . 4) The benzoic acid group significantly reduced the pH in stomach and colon contents on day 14 and 42 ( P〈0.05) , and the pH in urine on day 42 ( P〈0.01) . In conclusion, supplementation with 5 000 mg/kg benzoic acid in the diet can reduce the gastrointestinal content pH, increase the immune organ indexes and improve the serum biochemical parameters, and then enhance the growth performance of weaned piglets.
