基于居民满意度调查的小城镇规划建设提升研究——以天津市东丽区华明示范镇为例

摘　　要：选取了天津小城镇建设中最具代表性的华明示范镇作为研究对象,通过对还迁农民居住满意度的调查,归纳了还迁农民满意度特征,重点分析了他们对实施效果的评价和对不足之处的建议,并针对实际情况提出了提升小城镇规划建设的思路和建议,以期为未来的农民社区建设项目提供更好的指导,及进一步提高城镇建设水平。This study took Huaming Town,a representative of small town construction project in Tianjin,as a research object to carry out a resident satisfaction survey on relocated farmers. The experience and problems of small town planning and construction were reviewed through an analysis of satisfaction features,and implementation effect appraisals and sug-gestions from relocated farmers. In the end,this paper presents directions and suggestions of small town planning and con-struction,aiming to offer guidance to the construction of other relocated communities and the improvement of urban con-struction level.
