摘  要:针对变频钻机连接电缆的选型原则,通过对VFD传输特性的研究,给出了工作电缆的电压选择方法、屏蔽与否对通讯、速度传感器连线产生干扰电压的影响、以及实际使用中有集肤和邻近效应时对导体截面修正的方法。通过实例的计算,重点指出了在相距小于300 mm时屏蔽与否都将影响通讯或编码器回路的正常工作,加大两者之间的距离是最有效的消除干扰措施。Based on cable for variable-frequency drilling rig selection principles , through the research on VFD transmission characteristics of variable frequency drilling rigs, the voltage selection methods of working cable, influences of interference voltage whether cased by working cable shield or not for communication and for speed sensor connection, as well as the correction methods of conductor with skin and proximity effects in practical application were given. By calculating instance, highlighted the shield at the distance of less than 300 mm or not will affect the normal operation of the communication or encoder circuit, increase the distance between the two is the most effective measures to eliminate the interference.
