摘 要:研究了TMCP工艺对双相不锈钢S32101中厚板组织和性能的影响。TMCP处理后,材料在-40℃冲击值为43 J,与退火态相比下降了61 J;TMCP态的点蚀失重速率为6.48g/(m2·h),与退火态相比升高了一倍左右。TEM分析显示,铁素体和奥氏体相内分布着大量的位错。铁素体相内和两相界面均未发现析出相。组织未完全回复再结晶是冲击性能和耐蚀性下降的主要原因。Effects of TMCP on microstructure and property of duplex stainless steel S32101 plate were studied. The results showed that impact energy of TMCP specimen at -40 ℃ was 43 J, being 61 J lower than that of traditional annealing specimen. After TMCP, pitting corrosion rate was 6.48 g/(m2 h) , which was almost twice of annealing specimen. A large number of dislocations mierostrueture were observed in both ferrite and austenite phase by TEM. Meantime, no precipitates were found in ferrite phase or ferrite austenite phase interface. This indicated that inadequate recovery and reerystallization of deforming microstructure was the main reason for reducing of impact energy and corrosion resisting property.
