摘  要:阐述了冷轧过程中轧制润滑对生产工艺及对带钢表面形貌的作用。运用轧制润滑理论试制出多种具有不同化学性能的轧制油及乳化液润滑剂,应用到二次冷轧生产中,研究其对生产过程轧制力、轧制带钢表面粗糙度、光泽度和微观表面形貌等的影响作用,并运用研究结果解决了生产过程中出现的二次冷轧板表面"白斑"缺陷。The effects of lubricating on the rolling process as well as the rolled strip surface morphology during cold rolling production were described. Based on the rolling lubrication theory, a variety of new cold rolling oils with different chemical properties, and also their corresponding emulsion lubricants, were developed and used at on- site DCR production. The influences of different cold rolling oils and emulsions on the cold rolling force, rolled strip roughness, glossiness and morphology were studied, and moreover, the researching results were successfully implemented in DCR production to resolve the mottle defect appearing on the surfaces of rolled strips.
