摘  要:在2 000t/d生产线实现了高镁微膨胀中热硅酸盐水泥的工业化制备。制备过程工艺控制参数多,熟料煅烧时窑况的变化、矿物组成含量的差别将影响整个熟料的早、后期强度等性能;制备的高镁微膨胀中热硅酸盐水泥的凝结时间、胶砂强度、水化热等性能指标均能满足GB200—2003的要求;后期能产生一定的膨胀,可有效补偿大坝混凝土后期温降收缩;当Mg O含量≤7.03%时,工业化制备的高镁微膨胀中热硅酸盐水泥压蒸安定性合格,而过高的Mg O含量容易产生过大的膨胀性,对水泥的安定性产生不良影响。The industrialized production of micro expansive moderate heat Portland cement with high magnesium content was realized in 2 000t/d product line. The early and later strength would be affected by a lot of process control parameters, such as the changes of kiln operation condition and clinker mineral composition. The setting time, mortar strength and hydration heat of high magnesium content micro expansive moderate heat Portland cement could meet requirements of GB200-2003. This cement would form some certain expansion in later age, which could make up the later shrinkage of dam concrete. The autoclave stability of cement could meet demand when the content of MgO ≤7.03%, and the superfluous MgO would form excessive expansibility, which could further influence the cement soundness.
