摘  要:目的探讨果糖二磷酸钠对急性重度有机磷农药中毒(ASOPP)患者和肽素水平的影响。方法 ASOPP患者82例随机分为常规组41例和治疗组41例,所有患者于入院后(患者中毒后3h内)即抽血检测心肌肌钙蛋白I(c Tn I)、缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)、和肽素水平,治疗后6h和24h复查。常规组给予洗胃、静脉推注阿托品、胆碱酯酶复能剂等治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用果糖二磷酸钠10g静滴,2次/d。结果治疗组总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者c Tn I、IMA、和肽素水平治疗前差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗6h、24h后比较组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者早期出现心肌损伤,尽早给予果糖二磷酸钠干预可降低患者c Tn I、IMA、和肽素水平,减轻心肌损伤并能改善患者预后。Objective To investigate the effect of Fructose Diphosphate Sodium on acute severe organophosphorus pesti-cide poisoning copeptin level of patients. Methods 82 ASOPP patients were selected,randomly divided into 41 cases of treatment group and routine group of 41 cases,all patients(patients within 3h after poisoning) blood detection of cTnI,IMA,Copeptin,6h and 24h reexamination after treatment. The conventional group received gastric lavage,intravenous injection of atropine,cholinesterase reactivator treatment,the treatment group in the conventional treatment combined with Fructose Diphosphate Sodium 10g static drops two times a day. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than normal group(P〈0. 05). cTnI,IMA,and copeptin level before treatment had no statistically significant difference(P〉0. 05), 6h, 24h after treatment were compared between the differences were statistically significant(P〈0. 01). Conclusion Patients with early myocardial injury in acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,as early as possible given Fructose Diphosphate Sodium can be reduced in patients with cTnI,IMA,Copeptin levels,reduce myocardial damage and can improve the prognosis of the patients.
