摘　　要：分析了东航物流航空货运的发展现状及其在发展航空货运过程中存在的问题,并基于东航物流航空货运发展转型进行了SWOT分析,在此基础上提出了东航物流发展航空货运的战略,力图为东航物流未来的航空货运发展提供科学指导。In this paper, we analyzed the current status of the development of the airway logistics freight transportation business of the China Eastern Airway as well as the problems existing therein, then studied its strength and weakness, and the opportunities and threats it faced, and at the end, on such basis, proposed the strategy to promote the better development of the aviation logistics freight transportation business of the company.
