摘　　要：以经济全球化为背景,将苏宁"走出去"战略中的物流配送体系优化作为研究目标,采用比较研究的方法,借鉴沃尔玛的成功运营案例,深入分析其跨国经营的配送策略,总结出值得借鉴的经验和方法,尝试提出国内零售业"走出去"过程中配送模式选择和配送体系优化的策略。In this paper, against the background of economic globalization, we studied the optimization of the logistics distribution system of Suning in its Going-out scheme, used the comparative analysis process to study the successful case of Wal-Mart, analyzed in-depth its transnational distribution strategy, summarized some worthy experience and methods, and at the end proposed the strategy to optimize the distribution mode and system of the Chinese retailing enterprises in their going-out process.
