摘　　要：在阐述我国实行的快递"收寄验视政策"的基础上,应用博弈论的混合策略纳什均衡理论对该项监管政策进行了分析,并指出落实该项政策需要政府监管机构考虑企业实际情况,加大查处处罚力度,企业应该提高员工素质,加强舆论监督。In this paper, on the basis of an introduction of the visual check policy practiced by the express delivery industry in China, we used the hybrid strategic Nash equilibrium theory to analyze this policy and pointed out that to substantiate this policy, the government, and its supervisory bodies, should consider the practical situation of the enterprises, and strengthen its grip on detection and punishment while the enterprises should raise the qualification of their employees and participate more closely in media supervision.
