摘　　要：基于知识共享,建立了关联供应链企业间的博弈模型,得出了两个核心企业在合作与不合作时希望共享的知识总量的均衡策略,进一步探讨了两个核心企业构建关联供应链的条件及知识总量对关联供应链系统利润的影响,最后给出促进知识共享的建议。In this paper, based on knowledge sharing, we established the game model for the associate supply chain enterprises, obtained the equilibrium strategy of desirable volume of knowledge to be shared by the two core enterprises respectively when the two cooperated and didn＆#39;t cooperate, further discussed the conditions for the two core enterprises to establish an associate supply chain and the influence of the total knowledge volume on the profit of the associate supply chain system, and at the end, presented suggestions to promote knowledge sharing in the supply chain.
