摘　　要：目的 :分析厂矿等国有企业医院的挑战与机遇,并从服务方式、内容、多组织协同等方面分析其参与健康管理的服务模式。方法 :文献研究法与质性研究法。结果 :厂矿等企业医院在发展中面临着挑战与机遇,该类型医院应当利用机遇,突出优势,在健康管理服务中与多主体协调以完善服务。结论 :企业医院在健康管理中能够利用优势发挥积极作用。Objective： To analyze the challenges and opportunities of hospitals of state-owned enterprises such as factories and mines hospitals, and to analyze their service models of health management from aspects such as the service mode, content and organizational collaboration. Methods： Literature analysis and qualitative research were employed. Results： Enterprise hospitals such as factories and mines hospitals met challenges and opportunities in their development. These hospitals needed to take the opportunities and the advantages to improve their services with muhi- agent coordination in health care management services. Conclusion： Corporate hospitals can take the advantage and play an active role in health management.
