摘　　要：目前,《北京城市总体规划(2004年-2020年)》多项规划指标已提前突破,随着新时期首都战略定位的确立以及京津冀协同发展战略的实施,需要加快北京市城市总体规划修编工作。文章分析了新时期首都"四个中心"的战略定位,针对规划修编中的经济、人口、土地等指标进行了探讨,就规划修编中如何调整优化城市空间布局、加快通州副中心建设、推进京津冀协同发展提出相关建议,最后就三个误区进行了辨析。At present, a number of indicators of urban master planning compiled in 2004 have breakthrough ahead of time, as the Beijing new strategic positioning and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development strategy is put forward, so it is necessary for the revision of Beijing urban master planning. This paper analyzes capital “four centers”strategic positioning in the new period, demands planning revision of indicators, such as economy, population, land, ecological, and takes account for the future urban space layout and sub-center construction, then the paper puts forward the idea of how to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and finally try to differentiate the three misunderstanding viewpoints.
