摘　　要：1980年代以来,各个发达国家陆续转向强调市场作用、排斥国家的社会职能的新自由主义。在新自由主义的作用下,各个发达国家出现了社会分化进一步扩大,甚至恶化的状况。美国、加拿大和西欧国家相继出现了"内城"问题,日本东京也出现了相近的状况。这种状况阻碍了城市社会的协调发展。我国的城市化要吸取相关的教训,重视城市社会各个方面的协调发展。Since 1980, each developed country have transformed into neo-liberalism which emphasizes on market forces and excludes social function of country. Under the effect of neo-liberalism, social differentiation in each developed country further expanded and even worsened. The USA, Canada and west European countries successively appeared the problem of “inner city”, and Tokyo in Japan also appeared similar situation. Such situation impeded the harmonious development of urban society. China’s urbanization should learn from relevant experience and lessons, paying attention to the harmonious development in all aspects of urban society.
