产业生态圈视角下大数据产业集群培育的研究——以苏州为例

摘　　要：数据量的爆炸式增长赢得全球新聚焦,大数据逐渐成为国家、政府、企业等战略性创新研究热点。本文立足苏州本土产业经济发展形势,探讨苏州培育大数据产业集群的优势与困境,依据大数据产业集群形成机理,分析大数据产业链价值实现流程,构思苏州培育大数据产业的发展路径,提出科学化、实效性、多维度的建议与对策。为政府培育产业集群、提高区域影响力,制定有效政策提供智力支持。Gary King once said,“Technology of big data will attack any field”.The explosion of data volumes is becoming the new central point on a global scale.Big data is gradually become the strategic and innovational re-search hot topic of global governments and enterprises.From the perspective of industrial ecosystem,this paper dis-cusses the preponderance and predicament of cultivating big data industry cluster of Suzhou.According to the for-mation mechanism of big data industry cluster,it analyzes the process of how to realize the values of big data indus-try chain and designs some ways to cultivate big data industry cluster in Suzhou.Finally,this paper puts forward several scientific,effective and comprehensive suggestions to assist government in making some effective policies to cultivate industrial cluster and improve regional influence.
