摘　　要：目的探讨解决我国廉价药缺失的措施。方法从政府部门、法规政策等方面分析廉价药缺失的原因。结果与结论可通过提高廉价药保护意识、保障廉价药企业的合法利益、建立和完善廉价药保护的相关法律法规等措施解决廉价药缺失的困境,从而维护公众的健康权和生命权。Objective To investigate the measures for solving the deficiency of cheap medicines in our country. Methods The reasons ot the deficiency of cheap medicines were analyzed from the aspects of the relevant government departments, regulations and policies. Results and Conclusion The measures of improving the protection awareness of cheap medicines, ensuring the legitimate interests of cheap medicines production enterprises, and establishing and perfecting the related laws and regulations of cheap medicines protection could be adopted to resolve the dilemma of the deficiency of cheap medicines and then to maintain the health right and life right of publics.
