摘  要:目的优选海洋星虫多糖的提取工艺。方法以料液比、Na OH浓度、提取温度、提取时间为考察因素,以多糖含量与多糖得率的乘积为评价指标,采用正交试验法优选海洋星虫多糖的提取工艺。结果海洋星虫多糖的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶4,Na OH浓度为1%,温度60℃,时间4 h。结论该提取工艺简便、快捷,可用于海洋星虫多糖的提取。Objective To optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharide from Sipunculusnudus Linnaeu. Methods The extraction technology of the sipunculusnudus polysaccharide was optimized by the orthogonal design with the solid- liquid ratio, sodium hydroxide concentration, extraction temperature and extraction time as the investigation factors and the product of the polysaccharide content and the polysaccharide yield as the evaluation index. Results The optimal extraction technology of the sipunculusnudus polysaccharide was as follows: the solid- liquid ratio was 1:4, the concentration of sodium hydroxide was 1% , the extraction temperature was 60 ℃ and the extraction time was 4 h. Conclusion This extraction technology is simple and rapid,which can be applicable for the extraction1 of the sipunculusnudus polysaccharide.
