摘 要:目的建立测定冠心生脉丸中芍药苷含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(14∶86),检测波长为230 nm,柱温为30℃。结果芍药苷进样量在0.106 0~1.695 3μg(r=0.999 4)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为98.06%,RSD为0.93%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、快速、准确,可用于冠心生脉丸的质量控制。Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for determining the content of paeoniflorin in Guanxin Shengmai Pills. Methods The RP-HPLC method was adopted anti the C18 eohmm(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) was used. The mohile phase was acetonitrile- 0.05 mol/L polassium dihydrogen phosphate(14 :86). The detection wavelength was 230 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The sample size of paeoniflorin in the range 0. 106 0- 1. 695 3 μg( r=0. 999 4) showed the good linear relation with the peak area. The average reeovery rate was 98.06%, RSD =0. 93% (n =6). Conclusion This method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Guanxin Shengmai Pills.
