摘 要:内燃机车起动用高可靠、少维护镉镍碱性蓄电池通过极板工艺、结构的优化调整,以及新材料的应用,不仅完全克服了铅酸蓄电池对高低温环境适应能力不足的困难,更主要的是大幅度提高电池容量的均一性,并提高了电池低电压下浮充运行的荷电保持能力,与此同时还降低了浮充电造成的水消耗,使补水周期延长了2~3倍,为内燃机车安全可靠运行提供可靠保证。由于该系列电池结构上、性能上与国外随机配套进口电池组基本相同,完全有条件实现互换使用,为高铁内燃机车国产化率的进一步提高创造了良好条件。The Ni-Cd alkaline battery with high reliability, low maintenance for the use of starting diesel was developed by optimization of electrode process, structure and the application of new materies. Not only the lead-acid battery's adaptation ability shortage for high and low temperature environment was comptetely overcome, but also the uniformity of battery capacity was improved.And charging retention capacity of floating charge was improved as well. At the same time, the water consumption was reduced. So that the replenishment period was prolonged by 2-3 times. A reliable guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of diesel engine was provided. The series of batteries, due to the battery's structure and performance compared with foreign import battery were fully interchangeable use condition. Favorable conditions were created for high-speed railway locomotive to further improve the Iocaligation rate.
